ABOUT OUR DESSERTS
We believe in using the best products for our desserts and to make every dessert fresh to order, which we believe helps us to create "great tasting desserts". We use fresh whipped cream in our desserts which is made In our trailer using fresh heavy cream, so there are no other additives. We use premium chocolate sauces in all of our desserts which is imported from the US from a reputable and high quality supplier. Our Italian Gelato is imported from New York from an Italian supplier, and is made fresh to order for us and is some of the best gelato not just in Bermuda but across the world.
Gelato is Italian ice-cream but is creamier and more rich than ice-cream. This is because the machines used to make gelato move very slowly as they churn, introducing little air into the mixture so the finished gelato is dense and thick, unlike standard ice cream-making machines. Gelato typically offers fewer calories, less sugar and lower fat content per serving than ice cream but tastes so much better! What's not to love about that?
