Requirements
SHIFT AVAILABLE:
1 x 3.5 HOUR SHIFT PER WEEK
EITHER MON, TUE, WED OR THUR
FROM 18:00 - 21:30
REQUIREMENTS:
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO YOUR SHIFT AS THIS WILL REMAIN THE SAME EVERY WEEK.
We are ideally looking for mature high school or college students to join our team as a kitchen assistant. Ideally we are looking for someone with experience but is not necessary as you will be trained on the job and we understand this may be your first job. Someone who has great work ethic and can commit to the role and shows initiative and takes responsibility. There is room to progress as we will eventually be looking for a manager and are currently looking for a supervisor.
This is a kitchen assistant role which means you will only be assisting kitchen staff and managers/supervisors so initially you will not be making desserts or taking orders. However, should we see potential in your abilities and if you are looking for long term work we can consider moving you to a cashier role.
There will be opportunities to work more hours for events, holidays (paid x1.5) and if there is a staff shortage at times when needed but you always have the option to work these or not unless they fall on your normal shift.

We are a fairly new dessert business located in Victoria Park, Hamilton. We began serving the island of Bermuda in July 2021 and we sell delicious desserts. We are growing and looking for friendly staff members to join our family. We take a lot of pride in customer service. attention to detail and cleanliness.
