Make It Right Policy

We are committed to making sure every customer leaves happy and satisfied with their dessert and our service. Every customer matters, no matter what. That's why we have our 'Make It Right' policy: in the unfortunate event you feel the service or quality of dessert did not meet expectation, we will do what we can to make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of your order by DM to @lesliesbermuda or at info@lesliesdesserts.com. Our team reviews every message and will respond within 5 working days with a fair resolution.

Online Orders

Orders placed online are for pickup at Victoria Park, Hamilton. The minimum online order is $10. A 5% packaging charge applies to your food subtotal. Promo codes are applied to your food subtotal before packaging is calculated. Tips are optional and appreciated by the team.

Need to change or cancel an online order? Call us on (441) 737-1999 as soon as possible and we will help.

Loyalty Programme Terms

Cash back is earned on orders of $10 or more, in store and online. Online orders earn cash back on the food amount paid (tips and packaging do not earn). Tiers are based on your spend over a rolling 12 months and reset annually. Your online order name and number must match your loyalty account so we can link it. Lost physical cards can be returned to Victoria Park.
