When are you open?
1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. In July and August we're open every single day; the rest of the year we're closed Tuesday & Wednesday. The status badge on our homepage is live from our till, so if it shows open, we're open — rain or shine.
How late can I order hot desserts?
Our machines switch off 15 minutes before close, so hot & baked desserts (waffles, crêpes and anything cooked) are served until 9:45 PM. Gelato, sundaes and milkshakes keep going right up to 10:00 PM.
How do I order?

Do you deliver?
Yes — delivery runs through
Sargasso, covering Smith's to Warwick.
How do I know when my order is ready?
Online pickup orders get a text the moment they're ready. Ordering at the trailer? We'll hand you a numbered buzzer pager.
What payments do you take?
At the trailer: cash and all major debit/credit cards except AMEX. Online: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prices are in Bermuda dollars (BMD), pegged 1:1 with USD — and there's no sales tax in Bermuda, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Is there a minimum for online orders?
Yes, $10 — which is also the minimum to earn loyalty cash back. Online orders carry a small 5% packaging charge, shown at checkout.
I have a nut allergy — what should I know?
Several desserts contain nuts (Reese's, Snickers, Ferrero Rocher, Kinder Bueno, Nutella and hazelnut sauces), and everything is prepared in one small kitchen that handles nuts, gluten and dairy. Look for the 🥜 tag on the menu, and please tell us about any allergy when ordering.
How does the loyalty programme work?
It's free to join and pays 3–7% cash back on every order of $10 or more — plus a $2 credit the moment you sign up online or via the QR on your receipt. Spend $20+ on a Monday and you earn double.
