Why our desserts taste different

Real gelato, not ice cream. Ours is imported from an Italian supplier in New York, made fresh in small batches for us, and it arrives frozen — never made up from a powder. The vanilla is Madagascan.

Belgian chocolate, brought in from Europe. We went looking for the real thing rather than the cheapest drum of sauce on the island, and we import it ourselves.

The brands you actually know. Ferrero Rocher, Kinder Bueno, Nutella, Lotus Biscoff, Oreo, Hershey’s. Not “hazelnut-style” or “chocolate flavour” — the real ones, named on every item.

Whipped cream made fresh through the day. Several times a day, never once in the morning and left. We use fresh fruit, and everything is made to order right at the trailer.

Best of Bermuda, four years running. 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 — and an A food hygiene rating.
