ABOUT OUR DESSERTS
We focus on quality ingredients and desserts made fresh to order so every bite tastes as good as it looks. We use fresh whipped cream made daily in our trailer from real heavy cream, with no added nasties or artificial ingredients. Our desserts are finished with premium chocolate sauces imported from a trusted, high-quality supplier in the US. Our Italian gelato is made fresh to order by an Italian producer in New York, and we genuinely believe it's some of the best you'll find in Bermuda – and beyond!
Gelato is Italian ice cream, but creamier, richer, and more intense in flavour than regular ice cream. It's churned more slowly, so less air is incorporated, resulting in a dense, smooth texture. Compared to traditional ice cream, gelato usually has fewer calories, less sugar, and lower fat per serving – while still tasting even better. What's not to love?
