Make It Right Policy

We are committed to making sure every customer leaves happy and satisfied with their dessert and our service. Every customer matters, no matter what. That's why we have our 'Make It Right' policy: in the unfortunate event you feel the service or quality of dessert did not meet expectation, we will do what we can to make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of your order by DM to @lesliesbermuda or at info@lesliesdesserts.com. Our team reviews every message and will respond within 5 working days with a fair resolution.

Online Orders

Orders placed online are for pickup at Victoria Park, Hamilton. The minimum online order is $10. A $1 packaging charge applies to orders under $30; orders of $30 or more pay no packaging. Promo codes are applied to your food subtotal before packaging is worked out. Tips are optional and appreciated by the team.

Loyalty Programme Terms

Earning

Cash back is earned on orders of $10 or more, in store and online, at 3% as a member, 5% once you have spent $150 in a rolling 12 months and 7% at $300. On Mondays it doubles on orders of $20 or more. You earn on the food amount you actually pay — tips and packaging do not earn. An order where you spend cash back earns nothing — no cash back and no scratch card. An order with a discount, promo code or scratch prize on it earns cash back at your normal rate on what you pay, but not the Monday double and not a scratch card.

Spending it

Cash back can pay for up to half of any order, and never more than $20 on a single order. It cannot be combined with another offer — a promo code, a staff or service discount, a corporate rate, a deal or bundle, or a scratch card prize — so it is one or the other on any given order. Credit we give you, rather than cash back you earned (the $2 welcome bonus, tier-up credits and referral credit), needs an order of $20 or more.
